The hosts were so friendly and went out of their way to help us. Our room was lovely and quiet, with a great bed, so we slept really well. Add the wonderful views and local wine, and it made for a memorable night.

The castle is beautifully looked after, and you can see the care in the details. The location is gorgeous, and our room felt beautiful and super French and romantic. The host was lovely with guests and spoke good English. Such a pleasant stay!

We've stayed here three times now, each visit lasting more than a week, in winter, spring, and summer, and we've been delighted each time. The apartment has excellent amenities, friendly owners, and parking on the property, plus a pool and garden. From the room and terrace, the view across the valley to the mountains in the south is fantastic. The air conditioning works very well, cooling perfectly, and the unit heats up quickly. Shops in Montboucher and the nearest supermarket are easy to reach, and there are lots of places to visit nearby.

The pool was heavily polluted, and the owner was unfriendly. With all the choices in France, go somewhere else!
