Suite 24 L'annexe

They were so kind and understanding when our arrival came up unexpectedly. We booked at the very last minute, but they arranged to clean the place and welcome us an hour before we arrived. They were quick to respond, and we’re sincerely grateful they were available for us. Everything was absolutely perfect.

The apartment was spacious, modern, comfortable, and impeccably clean, so it was easy to settle in right away. The facilities were high quality, with a lot of care given to the details. Right in the heart of Montceau-les-Mines, the aparthotel made it easy to reach local amenities and attractions. Staff were always available, smiling, attentive to what we needed, and ready to help. The price felt quite reasonable for the accommodation, services, and location. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it, whether you're here for work or pleasure.

Everything was so well maintained, from the entrance hall through to the bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen. I felt completely at ease during my stay. The team was quick to answer my questions from the moment I booked and adapted easily to what I needed. I also appreciated how available the owners were. The welcome was warm and professional, and the rates were very reasonable for the comfort, amenities, and staff professionalism. A perfect stay. I’ll definitely come back and recommend it.

Parking was easy, either with the blue parking disc or for free about 300 meters away, and there’s a grocery store right across the street. The apartment is practically brand new, tastefully decorated without unnecessary frills, spacious, well heated, and meticulously clean. The welcome was perfect, both on the phone and in person. Just be ready to move quickly up the stairs. We’ll be back.
