We couldn't reach anyone at the number we had for the apartment, even though we tried calling. The first night in the building there were no lights or elevator. The next day, some other owners told us this wasn't the first time. They said they pay a property management company, but it never seems to be there to do its job. I've had that feeling too, that these companies take the money without doing the work properly. The apartment itself was pretty much a mess, and the laundry room had stains everywhere, including on the duvet.

The heated pool was lovely, and the balconies had exceptional panoramic mountain views. The staff were welcoming, and the apartment was functional. The only small issue was the woodwork, which needs sanding and repainting.

It's a very nice, quiet residence, but getting to the ski slope is dangerous for children and adults alike. The slope above is very steep and icy. It needs safe access, or a metal footbridge like at other residences.

Parking is seriously lacking, though the welcome was friendly and the staff very responsive. The accommodation works well, but it is somewhat cramped.

Great location for ski touring. In the off-season, though, avoid renting here: there's no central heating, and it takes two days of heating to get the apartment to 19 degrees Celsius.
