The location is convenient for a stop along the route, but this was an expensive stay and we were disappointed that no tables were available for residents after our long drive. If guests can't be guaranteed a table, perhaps they should be told to book ahead. The quadruple family room was costly and not ideal for four, since the second bed is a small double sofa bed.

The menu is so tasty and imaginative, and the food looks amazing. The family who run the place are wonderful, and the layout is great. It's one of our region's not-so-well-kept secrets, though honestly I almost don't want to tell people because I love coming here and don't want it to get harder to visit. You won't be disappointed by the food or service. Thanks, guys. I ate everything before taking a photo, but I'll try to remember next time.

We stayed one night while travelling through France in early November. The room was spacious, clean and warm, with a very modern bathroom. Dinner at the restaurant was amazing and great value, and breakfast was excellent too. Service was really good. We'd recommend this hotel to everyone.
