Breakfast had lots to choose from and tasted good. Novotel Montpellier was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, with nice facilities and a fresh-feeling room. A convenient and pleasant place to stay.

My flight ended up being delayed by a full day, and the receptionist really tried to help. Even though I’d prepaid for a non-changeable room, they spoke to the manager about adjusting the first night’s price. At checkout they also offered me a deal to make up for the night I missed, which I appreciated. The room itself was quiet, modern, and spotless. Thanks again for the warm, professional service. I’ll come back to Montpellier with my family next time.

The rooms were really clean and nicely decorated, and reception were so friendly and helpful. It’s an easy walk, about five minutes, to the tram stop, so getting to the city centre is simple. Had a great weekend, thank you!
