We came back from two wonderfully restful weeks at la clef des champs, and this was our second stay. Alban and Valerie welcomed us so warmly that we felt like old friends again. The gite was spotless and had all the comforts of home, plus a welcome pack with cider, wine and homemade jam. The local information pack was really useful for finding shops and places to visit. There’s a lovely sheltered private area with a table and chairs for meals, plenty of seating indoors, and our own BBQ, which we made good use of. Kids have a great play area too, and there’s petanque. If you don’t know how to play, Alban will show you. It’s a peaceful place, and I’d recommend it to anyone. We were very happy with our stay. Thank you so much for looking after us, Valerie and Alban. X x x

Valérie and Alban were great hosts, and we had a really enjoyable 10 days using the gite as our base for cycling around Normandy. It was exactly as described, very clean, well equipped and well appointed. Nothing to fault.

The breakfast was generous and had a nice variety, and Valérie and Alban were so welcoming. They were always available and gave us great advice. The cottage itself is superb, tucked into green, peaceful surroundings that feel like a little paradise. I wholeheartedly recommend both the place and the stay.

The owners were so welcoming and had excellent tips on local sights and things to do. The gîte and bed and breakfast are beautiful and well placed for enjoying great bike rides and exploring the region's historical sites. We’ll be back very soon.
