La Chancellerie

La Chancellerie helped us make some lovely memories for my parents' retirement party. We were 38 people, and the gîte had plenty to offer, from the pool and sauna to the basement disco, where the evening could carry on without disturbing anyone who was asleep. Shops nearby, including bakeries and a Carrefour supermarket, were handy for last-minute forgotten items. Marine welcomed us warmly, gave us a tour, and made sure we could settle in. Pierre, the owner, was quick to respond to what we needed and did his best to make us feel at home all weekend. The owner's treasure hunt was a great activity that got everyone enjoying themselves and getting to know one another. The place is full of charm, and I warmly recommend it for events.

The staff were friendly and attentive, which made our stay even nicer. The cottage has an unusual, welcoming feel, mixing old-world charm with modern comforts. We enjoyed the heated pool, sauna, and games room, and it was a lovely setting for a relaxing weekend. I recommend it.

MAGICAL is the word I'd use for my wife's surprise birthday. Pierre was available, kind, and serious about making everything just right, and I'm grateful to him. The historic place has something for everyone, including a charming old building, a big garden, a pool, sauna, and games room. There's space to enjoy yourself inside or out, plus a room for dancing late without bothering anyone. I highly recommend it. Thanks again, Pierre, and see you for our next adventure!

Marine and Pierre were attentive and clearly dedicated to their guests when I rented the Chancellery for my wife's birthday weekend of March 21st. The building feels authentic, and there's plenty to enjoy: 14 bedrooms, a heated pool, games room, huge dining room, courtyard, and nightclub. It made for a delightful, authentic experience.
