The lifts to and from the slopes were available whenever we called, which was great when our groups needed pickups at different times and places. The whole Jack and Jill team were personable and looked after all of us so well. We had a fantastic week with Jack and Jill at the Retreat. The chalet is well located, a short drive from Ardent, and feels homely, with a lovely fireplace as its centrepiece. The hot tub was excellent and a decent size. The food was excellent, the wine kept flowing, and the hosts took great care of us. Thanks, everyone!

We liked our Christmas stay at the Retreat with Jack and Jill so much that we went back last week. It’s a great location, just a short walk into morzine, and the hosts, Anna and Sam, made the chalet feel like home. Thanks, everyone.

The rooms were clean and cosy for my first stay in a catered Chalet. Food was great throughout the day, and transport was available everywhere, 24/7. The staff were very friendly and helpful with whatever we needed.

Getting to and from the ski area was straightforward, and the food was always delicious. The accommodation was very comfortable, the facilities were excellent, and the staff were friendly. We’ll be back.

We spent two weeks here in March, and the team excelled themselves. There was a driver available throughout the day, a brilliant way for skiers and non-skiers alike to explore the Ports Du Soleil. Great food, friendly staff and a brilliant location. Another great Chalet in the Jack & Jill portfolio.
