The staff were helpful, and being so close to Barbara station is a real plus. The price is fairly low, which is most of the appeal. Inside the room, though, everything felt as cheap as it could be. It was very damp, so towels stayed wet, and the bath and sink drains were so slow they left puddles. The rooms need work, and for that standard I think the price should be lower.

Getting into central Paris took about 30 minutes by metro, and the station is near the hotel. We found the area quiet and safe, the room very clean, and the staff friendly. Breakfast at 10€ was a great way to start the day. A lovely place to stay while visiting Paris.

The bathroom was awful, and although there were two of us, we were given towels for just one person. The room was clean, but far too tiny for two people. There wasn't room to move around or even leave one suitcase open. I really don't get how this hotel has a 4.3 out of 5 rating. What are people used to?

The owner is cheerful and welcoming, and the rooms are clean. It's a bit of a walk from public transport, but worth it. The entrance is a little opaque glass door, and once you pass through it, what looks like a building opens into a small street with the hotel rooms all around it.

Big rooms and excellent breakfast. The people there are kind and make you feel welcome. Great hotel, highly recommend it.
