For Montrouge, the price is fairly good, otherwise I'd rate it a 1. The room was very basic, and neither tap was secured to its basin. As a business traveler, I really needed a usable desk, but there wasn't one. The entrance felt informal. The Wi-Fi cut out late in the evening, and there was no one at reception to ask until after I'd left in the morning. There's a basic kitchen, which could be handy for self catering.

I was pleasantly surprised after reading the guest comments. The room was clean and the service was good. It's inexpensive, with metro line 4 about a ten minute walk away.

There's a restaurant on the ground floor, and the hotel is good value for money. It's simple but does the job for a night. The main problem is the lack of air conditioning. Some newer units cool a room without needing an outdoor unit, and seem like they'd work well in rooms like these.

We had two peaceful nights here, with comfortable beds and amenities. The owner was attentive, welcoming, and always willing to help, and the staff were friendly too. The location is excellent, just steps from metro line 14 and near the exam center. Having all the shops right on the street is fantastic. We'd definitely come back if we need to.

The room worked well for us, the bedding was very good, and it was excellent value. The bathroom gave me pause: there's a lot of mold on the ceiling, so the ventilation must be broken. The toilet hygiene was only average, and hot water took far too long to arrive, wasting quite a bit of water.
