Breakfast was good, the room was clean, and the service was kind. I had a nice stay. You can hear people walking along the corridor at night, so a carpet there might help with the noise.

Bed bugs in the room made this stay deeply uncomfortable and unacceptable. The room also hadn't been cleaned properly. This was my stay on April 13th, as Mr. Balão. I had already made sure the staff were properly informed before checkout.

The room was clean and had a large shower, but the stay was extremely noisy. Babies cried during the night, and women were shouting in the hallway until 2am. It felt more like a hostel than a hotel. There was no air conditioning, Wi-Fi, or food. At €105 a night, I expected much, much better.

I stayed for a month and a half around January-February 2020. The reception and restaurant staff were amazing, but the rest of the experience was horrible. My room was often left uncleaned. The common areas looked attractive, while the rooms felt like stepping straight into the 70s. WiFi frequently didn't work, and when it did it was slow. Getting logged in on a PC for the first time was really difficult too. And the reception closes for the weekend. Every Friday from around 17/18:00, it stays shut until Monday morning. Good luck.

The location worked well for us, close to the motorway and a huge supermarket, and easy to reach by car. The price online was nice, and the staff were friendly and helpful. There was even RMC Sport in the room with live English football, wow. Highly recommend it!
