The owners are pleasant enough when dealing with you as a guest, though it feels more like keeping up appearances than genuine warmth. The hotel itself is filthy, with many things falling apart. Toilet paper gets forgotten, rooms and shared areas aren't vacuumed, and the windows go uncleaned. Breakfast isn't worth 10€.

We told the hotel we'd be leaving at 7am, but there were no lights when we came downstairs. We had to make our way down three flights with our suitcases using our phone lights, then found the front door locked. Nobody was at the desk, and none of the keys worked, so we couldn't get out. This is a huge safety issue. What would happen in a fire, with guests unable to escape? The hotel seems to have no concern for its customers, and I wish I knew where to report it. Do not stay here.

At 2:30AM, a group of adolescents got into our room using a key. I didn't sleep again that night. There were no door latches, the owners were rude, and there was nobody to contact to resolve what had happened. It was the worst stay of my life, despite spending over 100 nights a year in accommodation. Avoid it at all costs.

We really enjoyed the lovely terrace and all the spots to sit and relax. The reception staff were kind and helpful, and you can enjoy views of the river from this lovely hotel. We'll be back soon!

I couldn't finish my plate because the food was so bad. I strongly recommend avoiding this place. The Chinese owners seem to have very poor cooking skills.
