Breakfast offered a nice range of continental options, plus fresh eggs if you wanted them. The rooms are clean, comfortable and modern, though a bit small if you’re bringing a huge suitcase. A great spot for a short stay, and I’d definitely come back if I’m in the area.

We stopped here on our bike tour to Mont Saint-Michel and had a very pleasant stay. The owners were incredibly welcoming, and breakfast was plentiful and delicious, just what we needed before setting off again. We had two of the three rooms and the common room to ourselves because the third room was available.

The room was pretty, though small, and the lady was pleasant and welcoming. She didn’t interact much, but there were other guests, which may explain that. Breakfast was perfect, and we were greeted with a slice of delicious lemon cake. The bathroom was extremely narrow, only about as wide as a standard toilet, with no sink, just a hand basin and shower. The window could barely open because of the curtain rod, and in the current heat it was hard to sleep. I mention the bathroom size because we have some pretty large people in our household, and they wouldn’t have been able to close the bathroom door and stand in front of the hand basin.
