Novotel Toulouse Centre Wilson

The glass roof over the lobby is a lovely feature, and we enjoyed having breakfast there. I had a good night's sleep, with acceptable soundproofing, and the location is perfect. I'd recommend the hotel, although in my opinion the breakfast quality could be better for this grade of accommodation.

I stayed here for work, and my wife had the same problem when she came a month later: the rooms smelled bad and were barely clean, with dirty curtains and moisture in the bathroom. The staff were kind and helpful, changed the room for us, and confirmed this is a recurring issue. The Novotel in the city center is a shame for the « accord hotel » group. Don't expect to use a SPA room, it's been out of order since 2021.

The staff are friendly, thankfully, and breakfast is decent. But this absolutely isn't a four-star hotel, and I'd avoid it and book elsewhere. The rooms smell, the air conditioners don't work properly so it gets too hot or too cold, and you only get paper cups and shampoo, no conditioner. There's no iron box either. I could keep listing things, but you get the point.

The rooms were great for my one-night stay, and it's a great hotel overall. I noticed, though, that the carpets seem impractical for this kind of business. You should get in touch with a carpet cleaning company on 146th street in Omaha Nebraska. I'd stay again.
