Les Mazots des Fées

We got lucky with what we found after booking at the last minute, about a month before our trip. The three-storey lodge was great for our family of four. Our 4 and 7 year olds could share a bed, and it was lovely to come back in the evening and relax in the lounge. The bedrooms and showers were great, and breakfast was lovely too. We've already got plans to come back next year.

Mallorie was incredibly friendly and helpful. She even let us use the room well past checkout so we could shower after a winter half marathon. Such a lovely family. This is a very nice, family-run, three-floor chalet. The rooms are warm and spotlessly clean, and the bathroom feels cosy and modern. The rooms are on the small side, but there's a lovely mountain-view terrace and a shared area. Breakfast felt a bit expensive for what you get. If you have a car and time, the boulangerie may be a better option. Well done!

A clean, well-located option for a short stay. Mallorie is friendly and makes an amazing breakfast. Just keep in mind that, despite the photos, this is a B&B, so apart from your own room you won't have much use of the rest of the Chalet.

Getting around was easy, with a free bus to the ski lifts and Morzine centre. The walk to the centre's bars and cafes takes about 25 minutes, a good way to work off all the tasty Tartiflette and Raclette we ate. There's even a pool table in the recreation room. The rooms are lovely, clean and modern, with the feel of a luxury log cabin, and the bathroom was lovely too. An amazing place to stay in Morzine. You won't be disappointed.
