Monique was a wonderful host, and breakfast was delicious. Our room was Olivier on the first floor, and our three-year-old loved having all the toys and teddies to choose from. The restored rooms are lovely, tastefully decorated and spotless. We enjoyed the gardens, and the pool, with its views across the garden and valley, was a lifesaver during the heatwave. We had a fantastic stay at La Rougeanne and would highly recommend it.

The hosts and people around were so kind and warm from the very start to the end. Thanks to La Rougeanne for such a beautiful stay. It’s a gorgeous place for a few relaxing days, with a lovely house, gardens, views, food, weather, fresh air and pool. I can’t imagine anyone regretting a stay here.

Madame Monique Glorieux is a wonderful host, and we’ll definitely return. It was perfect, our idea of French heaven. The house, decor, garden, pool, food and wine were all impeccable.
