Hotel La Ferme Rose

Breakfast wasn't included, which was the one downside for us. Still, the friendly, helpful staff made us feel at home. Just outside Moustiers-Sainte-Marie, Hotel La Ferme Rose is quiet and full of charm. The rooms have a warm feel and lots of vintage character, and the garden and pool were lovely places to unwind after exploring the Verdon Gorge. I'd gladly come back.

We felt at home as soon as we arrived, thanks to the really warm, hospitable welcome. The whole stay was cozy and pleasant, and the design has a distinctive, stylish feel with thoughtful little details. Everything exceeded what I expected. I'd happily stay again and would recommend it to anyone wanting a memorable visit. A real gem.

We stayed in the Lavender room for three nights and could easily have stayed longer. It's spotless, and the service is so friendly. The hotel is close to the village center of Moustiers-Sainte-Marie, but far enough away to feel completely secluded. After hikes and days exploring the gorge, lakes, and other spots nearby, the pool was a treat. Breakfast was simple and beautifully served. Each morning we carried a carafe of coffee to our room and watched the mountains change color as the sun came up. There's a parking lot, and you can walk or bike into town, though the route to the center is quite hilly. The AC was strong.

The rooms were kept in good shape, cleaned every day, and had great hot water and shower pressure. Each morning we had a light breakfast, and the service was great. We spent three nights here and enjoyed every minute. The hotel has a charming mix of antiques and furniture, plus a lovely pool and garden for relaxing and fantastic countryside views. It's about a 15 minute walk through the picturesque village to the town center.
