Our stay at Le Bright N Cosy during our Alsace vacation was easy from start to finish. Check-in and check-out were simple, and Stephanie was always available when we had questions. The apartment was cozy and spacious, with a nice view, and it had everything we needed. It’s in a quiet neighbourhood, about five minutes from the city centre and ten from the tram station.

Just as described on Airbnb. Booking and check-in were easy, and the place was clean and right in the centre of Mulhouse.

Completely useless. I couldn’t get to my room or even see the building, and nobody answered me. Unacceptable.

The room was clean and nice, right in the centre. I found the key by following the instructions, and I’d happily stay again.
