The location was perfect, and after three nights we felt at home in the heart of the city. The rooms, both the suite and regular twin, were very well equipped. Service was excellent, and the bar staff were attentive and made us comfortable. We'll choose this hotel again when we return. One issue on arrival: we drove through the pedestrian zone and got no answer from the intercom, so a truck behind us had to lower the barrier. The parking spaces are tight if you're driving anything larger than a saloon car.

The team was flexible, responsive, and attentive when we arranged a private corporate dinner for 80 people at Mercure Nantes Centre - Grand Hôtel. The quality and service for the price were outstanding. We needed to change the setup just 30 minutes before dinner, and the team adapted brilliantly. The food was very good. I'd highly recommend it for private dinners for up to 70 people in Nantes.

The beds were really comfortable, and our room felt cosy. The staff made us feel very welcome, and the location is hard to beat. I’d happily recommend this hotel.

It’s a good-quality hotel, and now that we understand how to get in and out, we’d come back. The parking and access were confusing at first: the area has restricted traffic and electronic bollards that need a code. Calls with staff were frustrating too, since the receptionist was so quiet we couldn’t clearly hear the directions to the hotel or parking.

Breakfast had an amazing spread, and the hotel is right in the city center. Lots of attractions and good restaurants are within walking distance, and public transport is easy to reach. I’d stay here again.
