The hotel’s location is a real plus, close to Le Vieux Ville, tram and bus stops, and the lovely park at the end of the street. The staff deserve a 10-star rating even if the hotel itself is only 3 stars. Everyone we met could speak English, and they greeted us very pleasantly. Our room was on the fifth floor. When we opened the door, we were amazed by how tiny it was, about five steps by six, with no balcony. The bathroom was even smaller. The room plan on the back of the door showed that all the rooms were small, so larger guests might find them unsuitable. Everything was clean, though, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was a perfectly acceptable typical French spread: croissants, toast, marmalade and jam, a chocolate bun, tea or coffee, and orange juice. It was brought promptly on trays for two, so there was no queue.

The hotel’s location is perfect, and the staff are nice. Breakfast was good too. The rooms are small, though, and the bathroom is the tiniest I’ve ever seen.

The surroundings and sights are cool and pleasant to look at. The place is private and comfortable, and works well for both single guests and married couples.

The shower was terrible, and there were no facilities at all. It was expensive too. This is the worst place I’ve ever stayed, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The hotel looks very nice, and while the rooms are small, they’re cozy. Breakfast was quite basic and a bit limited.
