We only learned a few days before flying that the apartment address had changed. My wife is registered disabled, and we had deliberately booked a quiet place in Nice old town because that was where we were told it would be. I emailed apart-hotel to ask about the new address, which was a 25 minute walk from the old town, but got no reply. We went ahead with the trip and had to pay for an extra taxi just to reach the replacement accommodation. Neither apart hotel nor Expedia would offer a full or partial refund, or move us elsewhere. As a couple in our 60's, with one of us disabled, we feel badly disadvantaged and discriminated against. I won't use this company again, and I'll raise it with the disability ombudsman when I get back to the UK.

The apartment was lovely, clean, and in a great spot. From the beginning, the staff were warm and helpful, making everything easy. Everything felt just right.

They gave me keys for the wrong apartment, and at 10 pm I ended up waking people up. Then I had to find somewhere for four people to stay late at night. I couldn't reach anyone until 10 am the following day. They said they wouldn't charge for the day when I had no access to the place, as though that fixed everything. I've included pictures of the keys and the confirmation. I hope the people I woke up leave a review too. Goldstar hotel and suites were really accommodating, and honestly a better choice. It's closer, and you can speak to real people.
