The Christmas decorations were especially beautiful, and the whole stay felt lovely. Our room was spacious and nicely decorated, and the staff were kind and accommodating. Being centrally located made getting around easy, and parking was straightforward too. The spa was a little small and smelled of chlorine, but otherwise everything was wonderful.

The rooms are modern and roomy, though the ones facing the road can be noisy. The spa is superb, but it seems open to non-guests too, so it can get overcrowded. Staff are what make this place special, always friendly and ready to help. There’s a good-value Happy Hour at the bar, with snacks, and the restaurant is good quality too. My only real complaint was Christmas Eve. The main restaurant offered only a 140 euros menu, and room service was cancelled as well. That felt a little disrespectful to hotel guests.

Hotel Boscolo was the only place on our whole trip that made our honeymoon feel special. My wife and I finished our time in France in Nice, and we had a wonderful stay. It’s well placed for the train station, with other public transport within walking distance. There’s also a light rail stop serving the airport essentially right outside. We’d definitely come back.

8/10
The staff were friendly, attentive and knew their jobs. We stayed several nights on a low-season deal starting Nov 1. It was very quiet apart from Friday, and the outside of the hotel is grand. Inside has been modernised, though the style won’t be for everyone. The entrance is spacious but bright white, with some very odd art installations that didn’t improve the atmosphere for us. Our bedroom was nice and quite large, with a balcony and coffee machine. The bathroom is basically open to the bed area, which we thought was a poor design. The spa was predictably very pricy. The bar also felt odd: the cocktail servers weren’t always dressed very smartly, which lowered the tone. We skipped breakfast at 39 Euro a day. Some things were excellent, while others fell short.

Everyone was so friendly, and the service was 10/10. We had everything we needed and then some. Fabulous hotel, and I’d definitely stay again. Thank you so much!
