Esatitude Hôtel

The rooms were clean and very spacious, with a balcony, and everyone at reception was welcoming and nice. There’s a bus stop right outside, which is handy when coming from the port. There isn’t a stop directly across from the hotel for the trip toward the port, though, and the nearby bus is useful late at night if you’d rather not walk from the tram station. One small surprise: we put the “Do Not Disturb” side of the sign out before leaving, not the “Please Clean” side, but housekeeping still came in and cleaned the room. It wasn’t a big problem, just unexpected.

The room was clean and spacious, with a balcony. Breakfast was good, especially the baguett, and the coffee was good too. Reception greeted us with smiles. The hotel is a little way from the attractions, but the bus stop is just steps away and the tram stop is a five-minute walk.

The rooms are airy, large, and clean, and the restaurant is great, serving many local businesses. This hotel is actually a protected workplace for people with mental disabilities. They handle all the cleaning and restaurant service with professional staff supervising and accompanying them on their path to autonomy.

For a quick trip to Nice, this is a very nice, clean hotel and good value at a fair price. The rooms are large and modern. It’s about a 30-minute walk to the center, though the nearby tram gets you there in around 10 minutes. Recommended.
