The best part is the location, just a 3-5-minute walk from the beach. The place is small and all on the ground floor, but it has what you need, even a coffee machine on the seabed. Having a private indoor garage with its own key was a real plus. The French couple who run it were well intentioned and quick to help with any request. The one snag is that they only speak French.
