Barbara at reception really made our stay. She was always smiling, attentive, professional, and warm, and handled any request in seconds. She deserves a raise for the service she provides. The rest of the hotel staff were also incredibly kind and ready to help. We had beautiful views, delicious food, and a convenient location. I highly recommend this hotel, especially thanks to Barbara.

I left with bedbug bites all over me. The bedrooms were disgusting, and the bathroom was so small I had to sit sideways to use the toilet. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Spend a bit more on a nearby hotel.

Couldn’t wait to get out of here. In May 2026 I paid $150 a night, and there was street traffic, constant construction, and a nightclub with young people screaming until 5am. The walls and windows blocked none of the sound. If noisy places are your thing, this is the spot.

The fourth-floor game and reading room was a nice touch, and I liked that our room faced away from the road. My wife especially enjoyed the elevator. The bathroom could use more towel hangers. Breakfast was good, though we missed having vegetables for sandwiches. Apparently those are hard to find in Nice, even in grocery shops. The croissants and cookies were good, though.

The receptionists were kind and helpful, and the room was comfortable and clean. We had none of the mold or bugs mentioned in other comments. Le Seize is well placed for seeing Nice, with lots of good places within walking distance. We had a good experience and no problems.
