The location was the best part, with easy access to Nice's main attractions, and we felt safe. Staff were friendly, and the hotel had AC, but the room still felt hot, so we asked for a fan. Maybe that's just how AC is in France, I'm not sure. We also had to ask the staff to clean our room after we came back and found it hadn't been done. The shower was the worst issue for me. It was only half enclosed, and the screen had a big gap, so water got all over the floor and I had to wipe it up after every shower. I also found it odd that guests had to pay to use the pool and sauna. It was a decent stay overall, but things need improvement. Three stars at best.

The location was easy to get to and made getting around convenient, and the rooms were perfectly fine for a comfortable stay. Most of the staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was okay, nothing special.

The location was good, but the hotel felt old and dated, and I won't come back. The room was humid after a shower because ventilation was very poor, and the AC didn't work when we tried it. The floor was unclean, and they didn't replenish the coffee, tea, or water. There were three of us but only two towels and two water bottles. The fridge didn't work, so we had to unplug it and plug it back in ourselves after trying to call reception and finding the phone didn't work. Breakfast was just okay. This shouldn't be a four-star hotel.

We paid cash during a stay here a while back, but later the hotel said we hadn't paid and charged our friend's card, even though they were in another room. We insisted they check the security cameras because we had paid. We needed the car out of their parking lot, so we pushed the issue. Management brushed us off and kept saying they'd look into it, then still wouldn't comment months later. Since we'd travelled from another country, there wasn't much we could do. We ended up reimbursing our friend more than $300. I couldn't believe they got away with it. Stay here if you want to get ripped off. I hope they go out of business for their shady ways.

The hotel is only about 10 minutes from the beach and a couple of minutes from the town centre, restaurants, and shops. Lynn and the small Tunisian girl were the bright spots, and they made our stay pleasant. Shukraan. But the hotel website says there's a jacuzzi, and there isn't one. The swimming pool is tiny, and we paid nearly £2k for four days, then had to pay €10 an hour per person to use it. The rooms are dated and the aircon isn't great. Breakfast was average, and on our last day the food, especially the beans, was cold. The workers looked like they didn't want to be there. The hotel only serves breakfast, with no lunch or dinner. It claims to be four-star, but it isn't.
