The room was very noisy, and communication was difficult. There was hair on the bathroom floor beside the toilet, the bed felt as if it might break at any moment, and the toilet paper wasn't changed daily. The room wasn't cleaned every day either.

The hotel itself is nice, but the woman in charge of it has a wicked, bad heart.

The prices were low, and the place was conveniently close to both the beach and the airport. I always stayed here when I was in Nice. It felt cozy, almost like staying with family, thanks to the very kind hostess, who was like a grandmother. (She used to be.)

The sheets were dirty, even on a bed that hadn't been used, and I had trouble communicating with the managers in French. The photo was misleading, too. Even repairs cost a lot!!!

A shabby hotel, and the staff got aggressive when I pointed out that the advertised parking wasn't available. Deplorable. What a disgrace.
