I wish I could give this hotel zero stars, or even negative stars. The rooms were dirty, the interiors looked scary, and there was no hot water or WIFI. Why put yourself somewhere that feels like it could endanger you during a holiday? Please look closely at the photos and read all the bad reviews on Tripadvisor and Google. I can't understand why this place is still in business. The bad service and rude attitude distress guests. I strongly wouldn't recommend staying here, and hope it shuts down soon.

We were in a ground-floor room for five. It was new and clean, and the location was good. The young receptionists knew basic English, and we had Wi-Fi in the room. Some towels had stains and holes, but they replaced them when we asked. It's an okay hotel for a quick stay in Nice if you're visiting towns on the French Riviera.

The best sleep I got on my whole trip was here. The A/C worked, though it took about an hour to cool the room, and the hot water took a minute to come through before getting very hot. Breakfast was bread, juice, and coffee, which was fine by me. The owner, I think, came by during breakfast and let me pet his dog. No one yelled at me. The man checking us in seemed a little short, but it was 1 a.m., I speak no French, and I have poor hearing from my time in the military. This was the last stop on our two-week Europe trip, which included backpacking the Tour du Mont Blanc. I hadn't read the reviews before booking, but when our train from Geneva was delayed by three hours, I noticed the split between positive and negative ones. We had no issues. Thanks for a great stay!

The value was incredible. It was very clean and friendly, right across from the train station. A great base for restaurants and the beach.
