Eric and his team were always ready to help if we needed anything else, and the apartment was serviced each day. We stayed at L'Abeille with my partner and parents, renting two apartments, and left Nice very happy with our stay. The building was quiet, and the windows kept outside sound out well, so we slept comfortably. The place was clean, well maintained, and had all the facilities and supplies we needed. Its central location made it easy to walk everywhere, with bars and restaurants right nearby. The customer service was great. Thanks to Eric and his team for a lovely stay.

We'd definitely stay here again. They have luggage storage and bathroom and toilet facilities downstairs if you need a late checkout, and it felt like they'd thought of everything. The full-sized bath was amazing. The bedrooms were spacious, the beds very comfortable, and the linen high quality. This was one of the best apartments we've stayed in, with a modern feel and excellent facilities, service, and attention to detail. It's close to restaurants, the tram, a supermarket, and the water. The two coded gates and doors made it feel safe, and it was quiet. Highly recommended!

Rue Bonaparte is lively and hip, with the beach, old town, port, and teams just minutes away in different directions. The location is superb, and I'd definitely like to stay here again. We're regular visitors to Nice and have tried both hotels and self-catering places. This felt like a wonderful mix of the two: chic décor, a high-end finish, and comfortable apartments that exceeded our expectations. Chiara was a perfect hostess, friendly and engaging, and keen to make sure we had everything we needed. We stayed in both NINE and THREE and loved them.

The flat was lovely, and I really liked its design and overall look. I arrived very late, but getting in and checking myself in was easy and practical. The staff were very helpful and friendly throughout, with great customer service and more support than expected. A special thanks to Chiara, who I was in touch with.

The hotel is stylish and cool, with Eric&co easy to reach over WhatsApp. It's a great boutique hotel close to everything, and Rue Bonaparte is charming, with lots of little shops, bars, and restaurants.
