The location made getting around easy, with train stations and trams nearby. Inside, it was clean and cozy, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. I had a great time here. If you want somewhere simple and casual in Nice without much hassle, I’d recommend it.

They cancelled my booking two weeks after confirming it, apparently because they didn’t even know their own policies. We’d already booked the rest of our trip, and after their mistake they didn’t even give us a proper apology. Disgusting behaviour.

The only things that worked for us were the location near a tram stop and the air conditioning in our room. Everything else was a mess. The place was untidy, musty and smelly, especially the toilet, which smelled like mold. The bed was uncomfortable and dirty, with hair in the sheets, and the towels and sheets were damp and dirty when we arrived. There wasn’t even hand soap or hand towels. We were expected to clean the room before checkout and take out the rubbish. Some self-service hotel. There were no duvets either, and apparently we might have been able to get one for an extra fee, which is unreasonable. The staff were quite rude. We could borrow a hair dryer from reception, but it didn’t work. We were only given one key, a small plastic flap. In the middle of the week, during the day, we accidentally left it inside the room and called reception. Someone from inside the “hotel” came and opened the door in under two minutes, then charged us 70 euros, cash only. That fee felt ridiculous for a two-minute job. I could understand it at night.

The staff are really friendly, and the rooms are lovely. It’s close to public transport and the beaches. Love it!!!
