The bathroom was the one issue: without a shower stall or curtain, it flooded completely whenever we showered. The apartment itself was very nice, and we were very happy with the B&B during our six days in Nice. The location was excellent, about a 15-minute walk to the beach and 20 minutes to the center.

We had a warm, friendly welcome to a bright and pleasant duplex near the beach, shops, and just about everything. I spent 15 days in Nice, traveling along the French Riviera with three children, and highly recommend it.

Catastrophic. I had an allergic reaction after just five minutes in the filthy apartment, which smelled of cannabis. The air conditioning units were right up against the windows, and the manager was incredibly aggressive. The owner did nothing to help and kept my money.

The apartment was clean, well organized, and well equipped, with friendly, helpful staff. It's near both the Carrefour supermarket and the train station, and the sea is very easy to get to.
