The area was quiet, and it was easy to walk to the tram stop and train station. My room was comfortable and clean. The hotel has a lovely, elegant feel while still being cosy, and the staff were kind and attentive every time I spoke with them. They were always ready to help and made the welcome feel sincere. Thanks to the team for making my time in Nice memorable. I'd gladly come back.

Beatrice at reception deserves a special thank you. She was kind, attentive, professional, and went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel was clean and cosy, with a warm, welcoming atmosphere and a very convenient location. We had a wonderful time and would happily stay again.

Everything else was good: the room was new and clean, the hotel's pastries were tasty, and both the beach and city centre were within walking distance. The reception staff were very nice and upgraded us to a prestige room, but even then there was barely room for two people with luggage. We could hardly turn around. If one of us needed to open the door, the other had to move out of the way. We were near the lift and could clearly hear people coming and going, as well as noise from the room next door. I wouldn't recommend booking through the hotel's official website. Maybe use a third-party platform. I got scam messages that included my personal details. When I raised it with the hotel, they didn't apologize or offer a solution, just sent an official notice saying it was a known situation.

Room 215 suited our needs, though the rooms are pretty and very small. It felt like enough space for one person, but a stretch for two in around 15 square metres. We had a balcony, which would be great in summer but wasn't much use in winter. You can walk to everything you need, including Cali sandwich spot across the corner, a good Intermarché nearby, and the great Sicilian place Il Carretto. We stayed over New Year's, and the staff were fantastic, especially Beatrice and Davide, as well as the young man with dark-rimmed glasses on the night shift. He listens carefully and knows Nice well. They all gave us good tips on local spots. The lobby is nicely designed, with snacks always available, and it's a pleasant place to sit and chat. It has the feel of someone's living room.
