A lovely place to rent, with a fully furnished appartement and a terrace looking out over the beautiful garden. Restaurants, shopping, and Nice’s beaches are all just a few minutes from the flat.

The city archives are housed in a little castle set in a lovely park. There’s also a basin there, a miniature version of the one at Versailles.

Stay away from buildings B1, B2, B3 and B4. There’s been no hot water for over three months, and the heating barely works in winter. The gardener runs a very loud motorized leaf blower all day. Parking is hard to find, and the railway and highway are close by. I’d avoid this place.
