This was our favorite stay during four weeks of traveling in France and Spain. The hosts made us feel so welcome and spoke English fluently. They shared useful information about the area and places to visit, something hardly any of the other B&Bs did. Breakfast was outstanding, with different breads, cheeses, jams, and fruit. When I mentioned I hadn’t had crepes in ages, mini crepes appeared at breakfast. The room was generous in size, and the sunroom looking over a private garden with a fountain was inviting. It’s also a great location, just a short walk downtown. When we left on market day, the one-way streets made it tricky to navigate, so the owner followed us on his bike to make sure we didn’t take a wrong turn. We’d happily make quite a detour to stay here again if we come back to the area. And I almost forgot Yoki, the cutest little dog who welcomes you too.

We had such a warm time around the breakfast table chatting with the family and the other guests. Sabine and family made us feel welcome from the start, and even gave us a place to park in the garden. Our newly renovated room, Lucien, was spotless. Breakfast was a treat too, with homemade brioche French toast 🤩, fresh croissants and bread, local jams, lavender honey, fresh-squeezed OJ, cold cuts, cheeses, and more. Just be warned, you’ll fall for Nookie, their shih tzu. He’s adorable and so laid-back, and you may want to take him home. A perfect base for visiting Orange.

Sabine was so thoughtful and kind, and she clearly takes great care to keep the place spotless. This ended up being a highlight of our short time in Orange, along with the Roman theatre, of course. I’d happily recommend it to anyone. Merci encore🙏🏼

The owner gave us some really good restaurant recommendations, and breakfast was lovely, with fresh croissants. A great place to stay, especially with the theatre nearby.
