The service was really good. We booked a standard room, then asked on arrival whether we could upgrade to one with a balcony. They said yes, and we had a lot of fun. The cleanliness could be better, though.

A friendly, welcoming spot that works for summer or winter, and I'd definitely return. Dogs are welcome, and there are lots of friendly people around. With the ice rink, pool, restaurants, and bars, there's plenty to do, yet it's quiet and suits families, couples, and pretty much all ages.

I was pleasantly surprised by the apartment I rented. It was comfortable, well equipped, nicely laid out, and in a good spot in the resort. There's a shuttle or bus right by the garage, plus underground parking. The welcome at the "Concierge" was warm, and everything was explained very clearly.
