Appart'City Confort Orléans

The rooms were okay and had what we needed, but nothing extra. Breakfast was very standard, though the bakery was easily the best part. Service was great, while the rest felt very average.

The beds were comfortable and it was quiet, with secure parking too. Staff were friendly and helpful, and it was good value for money. The little kitchenette came in handy. I’d definitely stay again.

The lack of air-conditioning made the room uncomfortable for a summer stay. My relatives had also asked for two separate beds, but were given one double bed instead. When they arrived, they were met with mockery rather than a warm welcome. Before the visit, I called to ask how to get into the building. It was my relatives’ first time in France, and they were having trouble finding their way. What I’d hoped would be a simple bit of help seemed to amuse the staff. That dismissive treatment carried on when they got there. I was left wondering whether their attitude had something to do with my family being foreigners. If that’s how international guests are treated, it leaves an impression of both the hotel and the country. Hospitality should make people feel welcome. Instead, this gave us a memory we’ll be sure to share.

They were very accommodating with all the help and requests we needed. It’s nicely situated on a quiet side street.
