Fasthôtel Orléans Sud Zénith

The staff were friendly, which was the only good thing. The rooms are tiny and the bathrooms are even tinier. It made me want to leave as soon as possible. This hotel is a joke.

We needed a place to stop overnight before continuing our journey the next day. It's close to the motorway, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are small and simple but clean, with a really comfortable bed and a powerful, warm shower. The family room fit the three of us and was perfectly suitable. It might not be for you if you're used to Marriotts and Hiltons.

The message I received had a code that didn’t work, and there was nobody to contact. Calls, emails, and messages all went unanswered, so I was left outside in the middle of the night with no room, help, or refund. I’d arrived late as planned, after travelling often for both work and pleasure, and had never dealt with anything so unprofessional. There was no reception or staff, just silence. I see this as an irresponsible business that uses automation while avoiding basic service and accountability. Booking.com was no help either: no assistance, escalation, or solution, only automated replies. I deleted the app and won’t use it again for work or personal travel. The experience cost me time, money, and trust. Avoid the hotel and think twice before trusting Booking.com.

The room was on the small side, but comfortable, and we were glad it had air conditioning when it was 40 degrees. The staff were friendly and spoke English, and breakfast was nice too.
