The food still has the traditional, home-cooked character we like, and the updated decor feels brighter, simpler, and more modern while keeping that neighborhood restaurant atmosphere. We learned about the change of ownership while we were there. We’ll be happy to come back.
The meals were good value, and I really enjoyed the pleasant conversations along the way. I’m sorry to see the two lovely, smiling sisters leave. Thank you for everything, and I hope you enjoy retirement. Wishing the new owners well as they take over.

We had a great time on our first visit. The portions were generous, and the straightforward food tasted good and was excellent value. The owners were warm and smiling, and the other diners were friendly too. I’d definitely recommend it.
Parking near the restaurant can be a little tricky, but that was the only small downside. The whole meal, from starter through coffee, was really good and very reasonably priced. Friendly, traditional family cooking, excellent service, and such welcoming owners. I’d gladly recommend this little place.
