Hôtel Aux Chants Des Oiseaux

We keep coming back year after year and still enjoy every visit. The rooms are lovely, the beds comfortable, and the staff are always warm and friendly. We’ve stayed in the main "Ami Fritz" building and also feel right at home in "Aux Chants des Oiseaux" next door. It’s a little quieter there, and its breakfast room has a bit more space. After dinner in the main building, you can take a nice short stroll back.

That €15 breakfast was the letdown. Sure, there’s plenty of food, no less than at hotels charging €10 or €12, but you can’t exactly eat until you’re sick 😭. At that price we expected something like cold fish, as you might get in Norway. The hotel itself is in a peaceful spot just by the vineyards and city center. Our standard room was nice, with a minibar and air conditioning that came in handy in the heat. The pool was okay, and the staff were friendly.

We’d happily stay again. The garden and pool are lovely places to unwind, and our room was pretty and very clean, with a fridge and air conditioning. The hotel has a beautiful, almost castle-like feel, and both the staff and the other guests were very friendly.

At the foot of Mont Sainte-Odile, this quiet hotel in Ottrott has a garden and an outdoor pool. You can hear the birds, and the rooms are comfortable. Breakfast is generous, though there’s no restaurant on the property. The owners run one 600 meters away.
