We’ve stayed here for a second year. Check-in and check-out were both quick and easy, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The bedrooms worked perfectly for our family, and the apartment in Marmots (C4) was comfortable. There was a cold draft coming down the chimney, though, so the lounge felt chilly. The maintenance crew put in a lot of effort keeping the outside stairs to Main Street clear of snow. The pool changing area could use more room, and its floor was always wet.

After skiing, having the pool to relax in was a real treat. The apartment was excellent and well placed, and the staff were so friendly and helpful that they made the whole stay more enjoyable. We had a wonderful, memorable ski holiday.

We keep coming back as a family, year after year for more than six years now. The ski-in, ski-out holiday suits us, and we’ve never run into any problems. The chalets are warm and cosy, everyone is friendly, and the service is great. There are also plenty of optional extras.

We had a lovely Christmas and skiing break with the family. Our apartment in Chalet Gentiane was superb for 12, and Joanna and Clotilde at reception were consistently friendly and helpful.

The team at Chalet des Neiges were friendly and ready to help with anything we needed, and the apartment was spacious and cosy, with separate bedrooms and several bathrooms and toilets. The fireplace let in a cold draft because it couldn’t be closed, but they gave us a portable heater and that sorted it out. We’ve just got back from our holiday in Oz, and the accommodation was very pleasant. I’d definitely recommend it for a future holiday.
