The location is amazing, and the staff were friendly. The room was clean, though it smelled awful from the toilet. There weren’t enough power outlets, and €16 for breakfast felt too expensive.

The receptionists were the best part of my stay, both were really nice. The facilities, though, were pretty underwhelming. This was my first time at this hotel, after staying at Adagio places in Munich and Lyon, and this Paris one didn’t compare with those. The breakfast was poor, and the bedroom felt old and poorly maintained. Some parts of the bathroom weren’t tidy either.

The welcome at reception was warm and helpful. There are shops and bars nearby, and you can walk to three Metro lines. The street itself is quiet. Our room was a good size with a very comfortable bed and a well-equipped kitchenette. The bathroom worked fine, though it looked a little tired.

The location felt out of the way to me, with the nearest metro about a 10-minute walk. I stayed three nights in June, and the room fell short of what I expected. It looked much smaller than on the website, the finishes were worn and poorly done, and the bathroom was dated and unattractive. The bed was really uncomfortable. With no air conditioning, warmer days were uncomfortable, and there was only a small table fan. Room cleaning during the stay also wasn’t included in the price (…). I was surprised that guests are expected to sort and dispose of their own rubbish using a detailed recycling system. Check-out was frustrating too: we’d agreed on a late check-out when I arrived, but reception handled it badly and made me negotiate it all over again, which caused unnecessary stress. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless options are very limited and you’re prepared for a modest experience.

Serguei was kind, cheerful, and always available to help us with anything. The rooms are really nice, and the location is great for visiting Paris. A fantastic place to stay, highly recommended.
