Aparthotel Adagio Paris Bercy Village

Esteban was thoughtful and so friendly. He seemed to understand what visitors need and made sure our stay felt comfortable and easy. His warmth really stood out. The room was clean, well cared for, and comfortable. The location is handy too, about a six-minute walk from the nearest metro, and only two stops from Gare de Lyon. I’d definitely recommend the place and Esteban to anyone coming to Paris.

Bercy Village is practically next door, so there are plenty of places for food and drinks. The train station is just a one to two minute walk away, and has escalators for people with big suitcases. My room was new, neat, clean, and had no odd smells or road noise. I was on the fifth floor. There was a flat iron, lots of closet space, and basic cookware and utensils, which was enough for me. Check-in at reception was quick. Cleaning costs extra, and they only clean the room after you leave. Would recommend, 10 out of 10.

The pillows could’ve been firmer, though I still slept really well. It was my partner’s birthday weekend, and the staff were so good that we couldn’t have asked for more. Lovely, very clean hotel in a great location. Already looking forward to coming back.

I booked six nights, but the stay was very disappointing. I didn’t feel safe or comfortable, and the staff weren’t cooperative, so I asked to cancel two nights. They didn’t refund those nights, and the Tax Free process wasn’t handled properly. The service was poor, and I wouldn’t stay here again.
