The location is very good, but my bedroom was dirty: my bed was covered in hair when I arrived, and there was no hair dryer. Those things can happen, but they refused to change the bedclothes or give me a hair dryer, saying one should have been in the room. Breakfast was fruit salad with canned pineapple.

The staff were very kind and accommodating, but the hotel itself was mediocre and dirty. It was disappointing for the price. Even small details felt cheap, like the hairdryer fixed to the wall inside the closet and room cards with the number taped on.

The beds were really comfortable, and our room was large, clean, and in a great location close to everything. We were upgraded without even realizing it, and were really happy with the room. The receptionists spoke great English and were very kind. There were only a couple of downsides: they didn't restock the coffee and tea, and late night arrivals in the corridor were a bit loud. I'd definitely recommend booking here, and we'll come back.

Breakfast was really nice, with a few cheeses and sausages, different breads, hot and cold drinks, fruit, and some desserts. The staff were very nice, and the rooms had good AC and were cleaned every day. The hotel is close to Saint Lazare metro station, and you can walk 1-2 km to reach the central city. The shower and bathroom were small, but the water pressure was very good.

We only needed the room for sleeping on our city break, so its small size was fine. It was clean and well located, and the staff were friendly. The female staff member was especially lovely and pointed out some good places in Paris.
