The room itself was nice, and the location was good. But I was double charged for the stay, and only got it sorted out the next morning. The night staff were so bad that I’d definitely replace the night receptionist. If you’re paying for an Eiffel view, I’d look elsewhere. A building blocks the view.

The staff remembered us from earlier visits, and they’re so friendly. It’s easy to get around from here, with two metro lines right nearby and views of the Eiffel Tower. Rooms are small, though they’ve been recently renovated. Breakfast is the only meal offered, but there are great restaurants just metres away, so that wasn’t an issue for us.

The staff are charming, and breakfast is served in a cosy, welcoming foyer. It’s easy to reach by metro from Trocadero station, with a simple connection to the airport train. Several of Paris’s big sights, including the Arc de Triomphe and Eiffel Tower, are within walking distance. A little gem. I’ll be back!

The staff were nice, but the service felt off. There were no towels in the room, so I kept going back and forth to reception trying to get basic hotel service. The room also hadn’t been properly cleaned, with pastry crumbs everywhere. It’s small, too, and I had to eat sitting on the bed. Breakfast is delivered to the room, and for €13 it was a poor deal: no menu, just a conversation with the receptionist, cold coffee, tiny croissants, and a little fruit. It arrived 30 minutes late. I skipped it on the last day, but there was no refund option. I don’t know if this is cost cutting or financial trouble, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

My room was really quiet, and I enjoyed the stay a lot. I didn’t get the Eiffel Tower view, though.
