Check-in and checkout were quick and easy, which helped make the stay pleasant. The staff were warm, friendly, professional, and clearly well trained. Our comfortable room was well maintained, and breakfast was enjoyable with a good selection. Everything was excellent, and I'd definitely stay again when I'm back in Paris.

The hotel was clean, quiet, and warm, so it was easy to relax there. It felt comfortable, elegant, and welcoming. The staff really stood out for being friendly, professional, and ready to help at every step. They handled our luggage at both check-in and checkout, always with a smile and real care. This was my first stay with the Best Western chain, but I'd happily stay at one again after this. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable visit and good service.

I really liked the cleanliness, location, and staff. Everyone was friendly and very helpful, especially the woman who checked us in. She warmly welcomed us, helped bring our luggage to the room, made check-in easy, and even offered welcome drinks. A special thank-you to her. They made our trip to Paris truly outstanding. I'll definitely stay here again and would gladly recommend the hotel to family and friends.

I was unsure about keeping my booking after reading negative reviews, but I'm so glad we stayed. The whole staff were amazing, friendly, and made us feel welcome. We loved the room for the price, and the location was perfect. The bathroom and elevator were small, but that felt very Parisian in size and style, so we were still happy with them. I'd rate the stay 10/10, and I'd happily come back.

A lovely spot that's quiet and clean, with a great location. The rooms are comfortable and well designed, and the air conditioning is good. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet had a good range of fresh food. There are great restaurants all around. Don't skip this gem!
