Best Western Plus Opera Batignolles

Metro and bus stops are just around the corner, and we found sights like the Arc de Triomphe within walking distance if you're up for exploring Paris on foot. We had a very pleasant stay in a nice room, with friendly staff and a welcoming lobby. The beds were really comfortable, too, so we slept well. We'd absolutely come again 😊

We really appreciated how kind and thoughtful Hani was. He was always smiling, happy to chat, and ready with help or recommendations. Some of us are from Germany and couldn't speak English or French, and he spoke German with us, which I haven't often seen in Paris. He's one of the kindest receptionists we've met, and he made the stay so enjoyable. If we visit again, which we probably will, it'll be because of Hani. We're very grateful for everything he did for us. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The front desk were very friendly and everything went smoothly. Our room had air conditioning and a good shower, and with the windows shut it was quiet. With them open, you could hear the road or trains, depending on which side of the hotel you were on. Having free Nespresso, ice, and chilled water at reception was a nice touch, so we didn't need to keep going to the supermarket. The location is fine, but you're not especially close to anything. The sights are about 20-30 minutes away by train or bus. Next time I think I'd stay closer to the center, with more cafés and restaurants nearby and some sights within walking distance.

The neighborhood felt safe and lively, and the booking price was low compared with other Paris hotels for what we got. We stayed for three nights in April on a girls' trip. My best friend and I had a double room with plenty of space, a large bed, two closets, a small desk, and a balcony. The clean room was beautiful, and the windows were well insulated, so outside noise barely came through. Service was solid, with the room cleaned each morning, an iron to borrow, and free coffee and tea. Reception is open 24/7, and check-in and checkout went smoothly. Most of the employees were friendly. Attractions are reachable by taxi or train.
