The staff were very nice, and they let us store our bags after checkout. I’d say the hotel is fine for a single night. My room had a window facing the inner yard, but it wasn’t really usable with the curtains open because everyone could see in. The room decor could use some adjustments.

Avoid this hotel. Our top-floor room was dirty, with dust in less visible spots, and had no air conditioning during a heatwave. There was no lift access, either. We left right away and were promised a refund, but never received one. The staff were unhelpful, and the room felt like a serious health risk. My wife is a doctor and said an elderly person or a young baby could die from overheating if they slept there. I’m reporting this to the authorities. They wouldn’t give me an official document to make a formal complaint, and I wasted time on the phone with a useless “manager” and a well-meaning but very inexperienced receptionist.

It’s winter, and there was no hot water in the shower. This is meant to be a three-star hotel. On our second night, there was still no hot water around 11 PM. Guests in three different rooms at the property confirmed they had the same problem. 😡

For the price, this wasn’t a bad place, and the receptionist was nice. The room was clean, though small, and the location was pleasant and close to the Metro. But the upper rooms can get very hot in summer, and there’s no A/C. The elevator doesn’t reach the top two floors, which could be a pain with heavy bags. The showers also have no curtains, so there’s no privacy. Whether it suits you depends on how much those things bother you.
