The room keycard didn't work when we checked in, so we had to find someone to let us into our own room, and getting in was a hassle every time. Two hours after arrival, my wife was feeling unwell with worsening first-trimester nausea, so we decided to leave Paris early. They initially said they'd refund one of the four nights. I wasn't happy about that, but accepted it. Then they kept telling me to come back at a particular time to request it. When I did, a different person was there and sent me away to come back at another time. Later, when I messaged them, they said there would be no refund. The hotel also isn't accessible by wheelchair or stroller. If you have a sleeping child or someone who can't walk, they have to be carried up half a flight of stairs before reaching the main entrance. This was one of the worst hotel experiences of our lives. If you're coming from the US, I highly recommend staying somewhere else.
