The location was the only good part. It was easy to walk places or take the metro, and there were some good bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel offered us an airport transfer but didn’t discuss the cost. After dropping us off, we were asked to pay €95. Any other private transfer would have cost €35. I messaged the hotel through Booking.com with my concerns and was told to speak to reception to reach a conclusion. When I tried, the staff member was incredibly rude, said nobody would do anything, and told us to go away. They even said the transfer should have been €38, but couldn’t explain why we’d been charged almost three times that. I’m disgusted by the lack of customer service and feel we were completely taken advantage of on our first trip to Paris, especially as it was our honeymoon. Thanks for the worst start to our trip. If you enjoy being ripped off and dealing with rude staff, this is the hotel for you. There was also building work next door. They started at 8 in the morning with banging and drilling, so there was no relaxing on our holiday.

The staff were kind, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. When our airline lost our luggage, the hotel even called on our behalf to help. Special thanks to Charles and Ernesto for being so kind. The room was comfortable and very clean, and the location couldn’t be better, one minute from the metro with lots of cafés and restaurants close by. Our experience was a perfect 10/10, and we’ll definitely come back.

We had a very good stay as a group of five, including one child, across two rooms. The staff were excellent, spoke all the languages we needed, and recommended some good nearby restaurants. The rooms were comfortable, everything worked well, and the bathroom had great water pressure and temperature. The lift is quite small, fitting no more than two people unless you’re VERY close. Anyone with claustrophobia or limited mobility, including difficulty maneuvering, may struggle to use it.

A bit expensive, but I’d absolutely recommend this hotel. The location is perfect for reaching the historical sights and shops, and the reception staff are helpful and fun.

The location is great, with an easy walk to the Louvre and about a 45 minute walk to Norte Dame. The rooms are quite big for Paris, and the updated room looked great. It had a nice bathroom, and the staff spoke English very well. Highly recommended.
