The photos are misleading. They said the place was about 10 square metres and could fit five people, but it seemed suitable for no more than two adults. There wasn’t even enough room to open a bag.

It’s been very unprofessional trying to get a proper invoice. I’ve sent eight emails and made two calls, and still haven’t managed to get one.

It was clean, but the apartment was very small. The windows let in a lot of cold, and there was no way to use the air conditioning for heat since it was locked and controlled remotely. It was noisy, too. There’s no free parking nearby, and finding a spot is difficult.

We arrived after 9 p.m. and had to find somewhere for four people to stay because they hadn’t sent us the apartment code. We’d booked and paid in advance, and even Booking.com’s direct intervention didn’t resolve it.
